Tenant Credit Report
Tenant credit report can be processed by one of three credit reporting agencies; they include Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax. Most property managers obtain reports from just one agency; however the option is there to receive results from all three. Although a tenant credit report is a good start, it is usually a good idea to run an eviction report or criminal report as well.

The tenant credit report is of more value to the property manager when an eviction report is run in conjunction with the credit report. The more information that can be obtained during a tenant screening report the better off the property manager will be in the long run. Previously evicted tenants do not make for good renting prospects.
